Albummet indeholder sange fra hvert af 311's store pladeselskabsalbum fra Music til Evolver, samt to nye numre, "First Straw" og "How Do You Feel?". "First Straw" blev udgivet som radiosingle og opnåede moderat succes, idet den toppede som #14 på Billboards Modern Rock Tracks-hitliste. 311 blev dannet i Omaha, Nebraska i 1988. Til dato har 311 udgivet tolv studiealbum, to livealbum, fire opsamlingsalbum, fire EP'er og fire DVD'er.
