Produced between the Swedish band and Porcupine Tree frontman Steven Wilson, Opeth’s fifth full-length vaults from 10-minute death-swings full of Mikael Åkerfeldtgrisliest growls, towards rustic-strummed, clean-sung acoustic prog-folk. Songs like “The Drapery Falls” and “The Leper Affinity” have become all-time classics that the band continue to play to this day.
