Toronto Alt Rock-særlingene Pup brugte en uge i juli på at spille en række shows i Toronto. Ugen startede med et hus-show og sluttede på spillestedet History. Hele serien var udsolgt og en sveddryppende fest. Denne LP er de officielle live-optagelser fra det show.
