Das Album enthält Songs aus allen Major-Label-Alben von 311 von Music bis Evolver sowie zwei neue Tracks "First Straw" und "How Do You Feel?". "First Straw" wurde als Radiosingle veröffentlicht und hatte bescheidenen Erfolg und erreichte Platz 14 der Billboard Modern Rock Tracks. 311 wurde 1988 in Omaha, Nebraska, gegründet. Bis heute hat 311 zwölf Studioalben, zwei Live-Alben, vier Kompilationsalben, vier EPs und vier DVDs veröffentlicht.
