Popped this tape in on a long drive and the title track's slow build into that crushing riff kept me awake the whole way. The shell feels solid and the tape ran clean with no warble through all six tracks.
Frost Hammer hits so much heavier dubbed onto tape, the low end just rolls through the whole side. Snakes For The Divine into Bastard Samurai is a killer one-two to close out that first stretch.
The tape hiss on this cassette actually adds something to Frost Hammer — it makes the slower parts feel heavier than the digital version I've been streaming for years. Side one runs through all six tracks clean with no warble, and the shell itself feels sturdier than most reissues I've picked up lat
