Uscito per la prima volta nel 2006, Kiss of Death è il 18° album in studio dei Motorhead e ha fatto seguito al loro album del 2004, Inferno. Inconfondibilmente Motorhead, riprendono da dove avevano lasciato, continuando il lato più heavy della band con brani di spicco tra cui "Sucker", "God Was Never On Your Side" e altro. Include anche apparizioni speciali di Mike Inez (Alice in Chains) e C.C. DeVille (Poison). La Edizione 20° Anniversario è stata rimasterizzata di recente e tagliata a metà velocità dai nastri originali, insieme alle note di copertina di Dave Ling di Classic Rock. Contiene anche un LP bonus live esclusivo tratto dall'esibizione della band al Lowlands Festival del 2007 a Biddinghuizen, nei Paesi Bassi, ora per la prima volta ufficialmente in vinile.
