Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge è stato il debutto per una major che ha consacrato i My Chemical Romance come una delle band più talentuose e uniche della metà degli anni 2000. La band ha unito il meglio del punk, del metal e dell'emo per creare un sound che portava speranza nell'oscurità.
