Pur mantenendo la presenza melodica di They're Only Chasing Safety del 2004, gli Underoath aumentano anche l'emotività post-hardcore, la ruvidità metallica e la spinta cupa. Registrato con Matt Goldman e il chitarrista dei Killswitch Engage Adam Dutkiewicz, è una delle loro produzioni sonicamente più pesanti, con un muro di suono chitarristico che esplode sotto il potente alternarsi di urla e canto del frontman Spencer Chamberlain e del batterista Aaron Gillespie. Ridefinito per il suo 20° anniversario tramite questa speciale doppia pressatura da 12 pollici su vinile marrone.
