36 Crazyfists 是一支成立於阿拉斯加州安克拉治的金屬樂團。樂團名稱源自成龍的電影《成龍與三十六瘋拳》。2000年與 Roadrunner Records 簽約後，樂團錄製了他們的首張主流專輯《Bitterness the Star》，該專輯最初於2002年發行。為支持專輯發行，他們與 Candiria、God Forbid、Chimaira、Diecast 和 Hotwire 等樂團一同巡演。在美國巡演結束後，他們前往歐洲展開「European Road Rage Tour」，與 Killswitch Engage 和 Five Pointe O 同台。〈Slit Wrist Theory〉作為單曲發行，在音樂頻道上常被刪減為〈Wrist Theory〉。《Bitterness the Star》是主唱 Brock Lindow 最喜歡的 36 Crazyfists 專輯；他在2007年的《Kerrang!》雜誌中表示：「《Bitterness》永遠是我最喜歡的專輯，無論如何。」《Bitterness the Star》現有黑膠版本，內含4頁小冊子。
