36 Crazyfists 於 1994 年在阿拉斯加尼基斯基成立，並於 2004 年在 Roadrunner Records 發行了他們的第二張錄音室專輯《A Snow Capped Romance》。歌曲〈At the End of August〉和〈Bloodwork〉作為單曲發行，其中後者收錄於 2004 年電影《惡靈古堡2：啟示錄》中。這張專輯由 James Paul Wisner 製作，被樂迷視為金屬核經典之作。36 Crazyfists 在金屬核樂壇中贏得了他們的地位，從各處樂團汲取少量影響，但整體呈現出極其獨特且情感強烈的風格。《A Snow Capped Romance》現推出黑膠版本，並附有 4 頁小冊子。
